Cranmere Court Terms and Conditions

Bookings are from 2:30pm on Saturdays and you are requested to vacate your Flat/Apartment by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Deposit of £50.00 per Flat/Apartment per week. A booking is complete when you receive our official confirmation.

Deposits are non-returnable.

Cancellations must be advised in writing not less than 21 days prior to booking commencement by recorded delivery. You will be responsible for the full amount of booking until the accommodation is re-let at a similar tariff.

The accommodation shall only be used by the persons listed on the booking form as holiday accommodation. Visitors may be admitted but only by permission of proprietors.

The bookings are not transferable to other persons.

The accommodation will be re-let if not taken up by noon on Monday following the Saturday unless advised by you.

You will be held responsible for the contents of the Flat. ANy breakages, loss or damage to the Flat or premises, its fixtures or fittings must be paid for.

You are requested to keep noise of TV's, radios, etc to a minimum, especially after 11:00 pm. The proprietors reserve the right to retake possession of the Flat, if in their opinion any party continually acts in a manner considered prejudicial to the comfort and well being of other guests.

You are expected to leave the Flat clean and tidy.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement. It is a condition that they are not left alone and are exercised off the premises.

Babies count as an occupant, and high chairs, cots and accessories (duvets etc.,) are supplied free.

By signing, it must be understood that it is an express condition of this booking that the Management is relieved of all liability for any accident, loss or damage sustained by a visitor or visitors of their property including motor vehicles, howsoever caused or sustained - including children, save insofar as such accident, loss or damage arises from the negligence of the Management, Its servents or agents!.

The Management is relieved of all liability should the accommodation reserved not be available due to circumstances beyond their control, also reserving the right to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor for bad conduct without compensation.

The Management reserves the right to decline any booking without reason.
